Mental lockdown may arise from various contributing sources. It could be a side-effect from closed-head injury, or an unwanted infectious viral assault, or poverty, or lack of adequate educational resources and so on and so forth. It could also be from socially-inflicted limitations. As, for instance, when minds are quarantined through strong
